Export Desk
Clear trade terms for tea importers.
Use this page to understand how samples, quotation, documentation, packaging, payment, and shipment are handled before you request a bulk quote.

We support private-label brands, café and beverage groups, and importers or distributors with product and shipment information confirmed for the selected option.
Core Terms
Simple enough to start, structured enough to scale.
You receive a clear path from sample to bulk order, with traceability, documentation, packaging, payment, and timing confirmed for the selected product.
MOQ
Flagship teas generally start from 1-5 kg depending on tea type. Sample quantities are lower for first evaluation.
Payment
First orders: 30% deposit with order confirmation, balance before shipment. Established terms can be reviewed after repeat business.
Lead Time
Sample dispatch and bulk lead time depend on lot availability, packing format, lab report timing, and your label requirements.
Documentation
The document pack matters as much as the tea.
We discuss the available product and shipment documents from the first sample, then confirm the exact scope for your selected lot and destination.
Quality Documents
- Product specification sheet
- Lot code and harvest note
- Available laboratory report scope
- Pesticide and heavy-metal screening where applicable
Shipment Documents

- Packing list
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary certificate when required

Packaging
Start practical, then build private label.
You can begin with a practical pack for testing, then develop private-label packaging after the product, volume, label requirements, and market direction are confirmed.
Bulk
Vacuum or foil-packed bulk tea when you handle final branding or repacking locally.
Retail
100 g pouch, 30 g matcha tin, loose-leaf gift tin, or sample sachet depending on tea, quantity, and market.
Private Label
Available after volume, label requirements, packaging scope, and target market are confirmed in writing.
Shipment options
- FOB Shanghai/Shenzhen for standard export orders.
- Air freight for samples, urgent orders, and small premium lots.
- Sea freight for larger stable-volume shipments.
- Courier sample dispatch where destination rules allow.
