Buyer Approval Pack

Approve the selected tea—not a broad website promise.

Website photographs and category descriptions help you find a direction. A purchase decision is based on the selected physical sample, its product facts, available documents, packaging scope and written commercial terms.

Evidence follows the selected candidate or lot

Tea changes by grade, harvest, processing, packing and availability. We therefore attach evidence to the option you actually evaluate instead of publishing one generic specification as if it applied to every order.

Decision Evidence

Six things a buyer can ask us to confirm in writing.

The exact document set depends on the product, selected supplier or lot, destination and order stage. Missing information is identified rather than silently assumed.

01

Candidate identity

Product name or code, category, origin direction, grade or processing description, sample date and current availability.

02

Physical sample record

Photographs of the candidate where available, dry-leaf or powder appearance, liquor and the sample quantity supplied for evaluation.

03

Application test

The intended recipe or service format, dosage, preparation method and the decision points the buyer should review.

04

Available product documents

Ingredient or specification information and available report scope for the selected option, with destination requirements reviewed separately.

05

Packaging confirmation

Pack format, fill weight, material or presentation direction, label scope, case configuration and any supplier-dependent minimum.

06

Written commercial scope

Price basis, pilot or order quantity, courier or freight scope, payment stage, estimated timing and the next approval point.

Product-Specific Review

Each tea has different evidence priorities.

Use these priorities to make the sample review relevant to the product you intend to sell or serve.

What the website does

Helps you choose the right direction.

Product pages explain commercial use, taste direction, packaging possibilities, order flow and questions to test. Source notes are retained internally for third-party reference imagery.

What confirms an order

A selected sample and a written approval scope.

Final product identity, documents, packaging, availability, price and timing are confirmed for the selected option. We do not treat a representative photograph or category description as proof of a specific lot.
